Villa Sutivan is a beautifully restored villa with hand-laid stone,  near the charming village of Sutivan yet completely private and secluded.

Set among the pines on 2000 m2 of gardens and orchards the villa is the quintessential Adriatic island holiday with large swimming pool and tennis court.  Stone walls and automated gate ensure your privacy.

The villa exterior is rough stone fitted without grouting, traditional wooden shutters and Brac stone terraces. The large poolside terrace and native garden are perfect for evening entertaining or just relaxing “en famille”.  


Dining indoors or out, on the pool terrace with BBQ, or more formally on the living room terrace, is a treat on hot summer evenings. 

The villa interiors are spacious and open.  The décor starts with natural wood flooring, simple and elegant furnishings plus natural wood finishings and cabinetry.  The open plan living room/dining room constitutes most of the first floor with floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to the pool terrace.

Villa Sutivan sleeps 8 to 10 people in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on 2 floors.   The 3 first floor bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.  The 4th bedroom serves as bedroom or extra sitting room.

Villa Sutivan is a solar home designed to respect the nature and beauty of our island and to preserve the environment. The villa has a small environmental footprint with solar power and generator back up while ensuring your comfort and use.
